Thursday, March 18, 2004 ::: a conversation that i overheard yesterday on my 25M minibus ride from home to Kln Tong station that was loaded by noisy kids: Kid A: "Wow, this is La Salle! Do you want to get into La Salle in the future?" Kid B: "La Salle? I heard that they've got really strict discipline! I bet they don't even let you pee during lesson!" Kid A: "Hai la! Just from looking the outside I know it must be very strict in the inside!" Kid B: "I don't want to get in then!" Kid A turns to Kid C Kid A: "Do you want to get into La Salle in the future?" Kid C: "La Salle... erm..." Kid A: "La Salle is Hong Kong's most famous school!" Kid C: "Really?" Kid A: "See? even the street is named La Salle Road" after a while Kid A: "See? even this house named La Salle Court!" after another second Kid A: "And they've got this La Salle house of the elderly!!!" Kid B: "Haha do you want to get into the La Salle house of the elderly?" little angels they knew a lot of words too and i'm glad none of them mentioned anything about what "la salle" is truly famous for now - violence LOL * today's practical we practically played with our urine which is a bit disgusting really you get to notice how your piss actually fumes when you pour it into a measuring cylinder and yes it looks exactly like Cream Soda a cup of warm Cream Soda in your hand fuming. hmm. * la Fiesta this evening which was some fun it's the joy of meeting new people, sampling some spanish delicacies, learning some dance moves and experiencing some Spanish hospitality makes me really wanna visit Latin America (now I'm convinced that my trip to Tijuana doesn't count) or Espana A song that's catchy doesn't necessarily means it has longevity.
